UNDY 500 Run
The University of Evansville Students of AMF is teaming up with SAE to host the first annual "Undy 500"- a 5K walk/run to raise awareness for colon cancer! Colon cancer is the second deadliest cancer and kills more than breast cancer and AIDS combined, yet many people still consider talking about colons a taboo. Students of AMF are here to put an 'end' to the hush-talk and bring colon cancer into the spotlight, and YOU can help! Get your rear in gear and come sporting your favorite pair of boxers or briefs!
All runners must wear either boxers, or full coverage underwear worn over pants of leggings to where no skin above mid-thigh level will be visible. There will be no exceptions and runners that refuse to comply with the dress code will be asked to leave the race.
Check out the brochure pages 1 and 2 for more information and how to can go for a brief run!

Parents Fund
What is the Parents' Fund?
The Parents' Fund helps make possible all of the extra educational and academic opportunities that are central to your child's Evansville Experience, and helps us provide and ensure that financial scholarships are available for students who need them. Contributions to the fund help cover the difference between revenue from tuition and what it actually costs to educate each student.
Why give to the Parents' Fund when I already pay tuition?
Tuition covers only a percentage of the real cost of educating each student. Because we are not a state-supported school, we rely on monetary gifts and contributions to help bridge the gap, and to help us offer programs, scholarships and resources that may not be available without additional financial support. Parent participation — how many parents give any amount of money to the fund — is also an important determinant when publications, such as US News & World Report, rank colleges, or when foundations choose to award available grants and gifts to applying universities. Every gift at any amount truly matters!
Will my gift really make a difference?
Yes! All gifts to the Parents' Fund, no matter the size, are meaningful. The success of the Parents' Fund lies in numbers. Each person adds to the total participation, and your support, with that of others, has a significant impact on the offerings, resources, and opportunities provided to our students now and in the future.
Make Your Gift Go Further!
Ask your human resources director if your company will match your gift to the UE Parents' Fund, many companies will. It's a great way to make your gift go further.
To give to the Parents' Fund, please call Robin Greenlee, Director of Annual Giving, at 812-488-2273 or give online at www.evansville.edu/give.
Every gift counts! Thank you for giving!
